Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
We may collect account details, billing-related details from Creem, prompts, brand configuration, uploaded assets, report metadata, and service logs needed to operate the platform.
2. Controller and payment processing
For personal data processed to operate AgencyScope, the controller is the individual operator of AgencyScope, based in China. Privacy questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
For payment, tax, invoice, refund, and chargeback processing, Creem may act as Merchant of Record, seller of record, or an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. How we use data
We use personal and business data to authenticate users, provide the service, process billing, support agencies, improve reliability, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data retention
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We may share data with infrastructure, analytics, payment, storage, authentication, AI processing, and support providers that help us operate AgencyScope. We do not sell personal data.
Current service providers may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Railway and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security, Creem for payment, subscription, tax, invoice, refund, and chargeback processing, and AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Perplexity for prompt execution and report generation.
A current subprocessor and service provider list is available on our Subprocessors page. Customers may contact [email protected] for data processing questions or DPA requests.
6. AI processing
Prompts, brand context, answer excerpts, and report inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers to run checks, summarize results, and generate client-ready reporting content. You should not submit confidential information unless you have the right to process it through the service.
AI-generated answers and report insights may be inaccurate, incomplete, or change over time. Review outputs and supporting evidence before using them for client advice or business decisions.
7. Analytics and measurement
We use privacy-conscious site measurement tools to understand page performance, product interest, and conversion flow. These tools may include Google Analytics 4 for aggregated product and marketing analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic and web performance measurement.
Analytics data helps us improve public pages, onboarding, checkout reliability, and product workflows. We do not use analytics providers to sell personal data.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, subject to legal exceptions and verification.
10. Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated policy version and effective date.
